AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET: HOSPITALITY HOUSE TC, INC.

                     WHEREAS, The Director of Mental Health has requested an amendment to the 2025 Department of Mental Health Budget to allow for the transfer of pass-through funding from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports to Hospitality House TC, Inc. to support phase one of a two-phase capital project, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Mental Health Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
