WHEREAS, The Chair of the Community Services Board has indicated a desire to fill an existing vacancy on the Board, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that, pursuant to New York Mental Hygiene Law § 41.11 and § 1003 of the Albany County Charter, Laura Isabelle is appointed to serve on the Community Services Board for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and expiring December 31, 2029, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
