APPOINTMENT OF A LEGISLATOR TO THE REGIONAL FISH AND WILDLIFE BOARD

WHEREAS, The appointment of a legislator serving as Albany County’s Legislative representative on the nine-county Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board for Region 4 has expired, and
WHEREAS, The County’s Board members serve as representatives of the Legislature, landowners, or sportspersons, and
WHEREAS, The Honorable Susan Quine-Laurilliard, Albany County Legislator from the 22nd legislative district, has expressed an interest in serving on the Board, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Honorable Susan Quine-Laurilliard be appointed the Albany County Legislative representative on the Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board for a term ending December 31, 2027, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
