AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, CONSERVATION, AND PLANNING AND THE DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES BUDGETS: JUVENILE JUSTICE PREVENTION

By Social Services Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Department of Economic Development, Conservation and Planning, and the Department for Children, Youth, and Families Budget regarding juvenile justice prevention efforts, and

 

WHEREAS, The County Executive indicated that this amendment is essential to ensure sufficient funding for to maintain these services through the remainder of the fiscal year, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department Economic Development, Conservation, and Planning and the Department for Children, Youth, and Families budgets are hereby amended as follows,

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
