RESOLUTION NO. 11

 

AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH FULL COMPASS SYSTEMS REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF REPLACEMENT SPOTLIGHTS AT THE TIMES UNION CENTER

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Full Compass Systems regarding the purchase of Replacement Spotlights for the Times Union Center in an amount not to exceed $115,624 for a term commencing March 1, 2020 and ending February 28, 2021, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The Department through the Purchasing Agent issued a Request for Bids regarding the purchase of Replacement Spotlights for the Times Union Center and two bids were received, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner and Purchasing Agent have reviewed the aforementioned bids and recommended awarding the contract to Full Compass Systems as the lowest responsible bidder, now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Full Compass Systems, Madison, WI 53593 regarding the purchase of Replacement Spotlights for the Times Union Center in an amount not to exceed $115,624 for a term commencing March 1, 2020 and ending February 28, 2021, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
