AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TRINITY ALLIANCE OF THE CAPITAL REGION, INC. REGARDING THE PROVISION OF CLINICAL PREVENTION SERVICES WITH COMMUNITY AND RECREATIONAL SUPPORTS

WHEREAS, By Resolution 604 for 2024 this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc. regarding the provision of Clinical Prevention Services with Community Recreational Supports with two one-year options to renew, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) has requested authorization to exercise the first renewal option with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc. for the provision of Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports in an amount not to exceed $2,285,627 for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, with one additional one-year option to renew, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region will continue to provide Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports for up to 95 Albany County families with children aged birth through 18 who are at risk of out-of-home placement or are returning from foster care as the result of child abuse or neglect issues, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to exercise the first renewal option with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc., Albany, NY 12202 regarding the provision of Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports in an amount not to exceed $2,285,627 for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, with one additional one-year option to renew, and, be it further
