AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 289 FOR 2024 REGARDING COMMUNITY PHARMACY ENHANCED SERVICE NETWORK OF NEW YORK'S OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDED COMMUNITY GRANT

By Health Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 289 for 2024, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with Community Pharmacy Enhanced Service Network for New York, LLC-IPA regarding Opioid Settlement Funding in the amount of $174,891 for the term commencing June 1, 2024 and ending May 31, 2026, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director of Mental Health has requested authorization to amend the agreement to reflect a term ending June 30, 2027 rather than May 31, 2026 to allow for the full amount to be spent, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 289 for 2024 is amended to reflect a term ending June 30, 2027 rather than May 31, 2026, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
