AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH DELTA ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, & SURVEYORS REGARDING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS AT THE MVP ARENA

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Delta Engineers, Architects, & Surveyors regarding consulting services for various projects at the MVP Arena in an amount not to exceed $350,000 for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029, and
WHEREAS, Through the Purchasing Agent, the Department received 11 proposals and Delta Engineers, Architects, & Surveyors was deemed the lowest qualified proposer, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Delta Engineers, Architects, & Surveyors, Endwell, NY 13760 regarding consulting services for various projects at the MVP Arena in an amount not to exceed $350,000 for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
