AMENDING THE 2022 STORMWATER COALITION BUDGET: MEMBERSHIP DUES

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Director of the Albany County Stormwater Coalition, which represents member communities throughout the County, has requested authorization to amend the 2022 Stormwater Coalition Budget in order to incorporate membership dues to be paid by the Village of Altamont in the amount of $4,704 commencing June 1, 2022, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2022 Stormwater Coalition Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

Increase Revenue Account A2414 Membership Dues by $4,704

 

Increase Appropriation Account A8021.4 by $4,704 by Increasing Line Item A8021 4 4046 Fees for Services by $4,704

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
