AMENDING THE 2023 PROBATION DEPARTMENT BUDGET: COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ADJUSTMENTS

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 232 for 2023, this Honorably Body authorized an agreement with CSEA local 1000 - Department of General Services local 801 regarding the Department of General Services collective bargaining agreement, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The Director of the Probation Department has indicated that a number of Probation Department staff are included in this collective bargaining agreement, and that a budget amendment in necessary to fund these changes, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2023 Probation Department Budget is hereby amended as indicated on the spreadsheet annexed hereto, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said application and agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
