WHEREAS, The Chair of the Community Services Board has indicated a desire to fill an existing vacancy on the Board, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that, pursuant to Section 41.11 of the New York State Mental Hygiene Law and Section 1003 of the Albany County Charter, Kellie Roe is hereby appointed to the Community Services Board for a term commencing immediately and ending December 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
