AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET: FIRE APPARATUS VEHICLE PURCHASE

 

                     Introduced: 8/11/25

                     By Public Safety Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has requested an amendment to the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget in order to transfer $35,000 from the reserve fund line to the Automobile line to complete the purchase of a used Fire Apparatus 2021 Chevy Tahoe, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
