AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ABS SOLUTIONS, LLC REGARDING ONSITE MANAGED SERVICES

WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with ABS Solutions, LLC regarding onsite managed services in the amount of $1,820,000 for the term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030 with five one-year options to renew, and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff’s Office, through the County Purchasing Agent, issued a request for proposals regarding onsite managed services and has recommended awarding the contract to ABS Solutions, LLC as the most qualified proposer, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with ABS Solutions, LLC, Albany, NY 12203 regarding onsite managed services in an amount not to exceed $1,820,000 for the term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030 with five one-year options to renew, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
