AMENDING THE 2023 DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES BUDGET:  ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

                     By Social Services Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families has requested a budget amendment to transfer funds from the Computer Fees account line to Office Equipment, Computer Supplies, and Telephone lines in order to better meet the changing needs of the Department, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2023 Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families Budget is amended as follows:

 

Decrease Appropriation Account A6119.4 by $198,875 by decreasing Line Item A6119 4 4041 Computer Fees by $198,875

 

Increase Appropriation Account A6119.2 by $168,625 by decreasing Line Item A6119 2 2001 Office Equipment by $168,625

 

Increase Appropriation Account A2960.4 by $5,250 by increasing Line Item A2960 4 4021 Computer Supplies by $5,250

 

Increase Appropriation Account A4059.4 by $2,500 by increasing Line Item A4059 4 4036 Telephone by $2,500

 

Increase Appropriation Account A6119.4 by $22,500 by increasing Line Item A6119 4 4036 Telephone by $22,500

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
