AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH STRYKER SALES, LLC REGARDING CARDIAC MONITOR DEFIBRILLATORS

WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Stryker Sales, LLC regarding the purchase of cardiac monitor defibrillators in an amount not to exceed $430,940 for a term commencing June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027, and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff’s Office, through the County Purchasing Agent, issued a request for bids regarding the purchase of cardiac monitor defibrillators and has recommended awarding the contract to Stryker Sales, LLC as the lowest responsible bidder, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Stryker Sales, LLC, Redmond, WA 98052 regarding the purchase of cardiac monitor defibrillators in an amount not to exceed $430,940 for a term commencing June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
