AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 194 FOR 2024 REGARDING THE LEADING IN LEAD PREVENTION PROGRAM

 

                     Introduced: 5/11/26

By Health Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 194 for 2024, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the Housing Trust Fund Corporation regarding the Leading in Lead Prevention Program in an amount not to exceed $1,136,270 for a term commencing April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2026, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Health has requested authorization to amend the agreement to reflect a term ending March 31, 2027 rather than March 31, 2026, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 194 for 2024 is amended to reflect a term ending March 31, 2027, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
