WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Watervliet has filed with the County Legislature of Albany County a statement of unpaid water and sewer charges in the City of Watervliet, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be levied and assessed against each specific lot or parcel of land as set forth in said statement in the City of Watervliet, such sums against the property liable and amounting to the aggregate sum of $608,937.46 said water and sewer charges to be placed on the 2026 tax roll of said city, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
