APPROPRIATION OF AMOUNTS CONTAINED IN THE 2026 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The County Legislature, by Resolution No. 537 dated December 8, 2025, adopted a Budget for the County of Albany for fiscal year 2026 now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the County Legislature of the County of Albany that the several amounts in the 2026 Budget as adopted by this Honorable Body, be appropriated for such items, effective January 1, 2026.
