Shaker Heritage Society requests authorization to enter into a sublease agreement with Vermiluv for a small composting operation. According to the terms of our lease, sublets for agricultural use are permitted with legislative authorization. The proposed fee for use would be $25/month and Vermiluv will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
