AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET:  SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

 

                     Introduced:  11/10/25

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested a budget amendment to the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget to increase the Specialty Equipment appropriation, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this budget neutral adjustment is necessary to for future purchases of an excavator, loader, and boom mower, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
