AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 188 FOR 2020, AS AMENDED, REGARDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2A LINCOLN AVENUE (TAX MAP NO. 44.1-1-7.2) AND 201 SPRING STREET ROAD (TAX MAP NO. 44.1-1-7.1) IN THE TOWN OF COLONIE

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 593 for 2023, this Honorable Body amended Resolution No. 188 for 2020 and authorized the conveyance of real property located at 2a Lincoln Avenue (Tax Map No. 44.1-1-7.2) and 201 Spring Street Road (Tax Map No. 44.1-1-7.1) in the Town of Colonie to the Advance Albany County Alliance, and
WHEREAS, The Advance Albany County Alliance has requested authorization for a subsidiary local development corporation to accept title for these parcels, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Resolution No. 188 for 2020, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
The Second Resolve Clause shall be amended to read as follows:
"RESOLVED, That the Albany County Legislature hereby authorizes the County Executive to execute on behalf of the County any and all documents necessary to convey title to parcels of real property commonly known and described as 2A Lincoln Avenue (Tax Map No. 44.1-1-7.2), and 201 Spring Street Road (Tax Map No. 44.1-1-7.1), respectively, to the Advance Albany County Alliance Local Development Corporation, 111 Washington Avenue Albany, New York 12210, or a limited liability company to be formed by the Advance Albany County Alliance and of which the Advance Albany County Alliance is the sole member, by a Deed by Assignment which shall be drafted by the Enforcing Officer in conjunction with the Albany County Attorney's Office, and be it further"

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said conveyances as to form and content, and, be it further
