AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 183 FOR 2021 REGARDING THE EVALUATION OF THE ACCORD PROGRAM BY THE UNIVERSITY AT ALBANY

 

                     Introduced: 5/9/22

By Health Committee, Messrs. Commisso, Efekoro and Peter:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 183 for 2021, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the University at Albany School of Social Welfare and the University at Albany School of Public Health in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Albany County Crisis Officials Responding and Diverting (ACCORD) program at a cost of $30,000 for the term commencing June 1, 2021 and ending May 31, 2022, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director of the Department of Mental Health has requested to amend the agreement to reflect an ending date of December 31, 2024 rather than May 31, 2022, at no additional cost to the County, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, That Resolution No. 183 for 2021 is amended to reflect an ending date of December 31, 2024 rather than May 31, 2022, at no additional cost to the County, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
