DESIGNATING THE AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE TENTATIVE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR 2026

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the Audit and Finance Committee of this Honorable Body is hereby designated as the committee to review the tentative annual budget for 2026 pursuant to Section 604(b) of the Albany County Charter, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
