AMENDING THE 2020 DEPARTMENT OF AUDIT AND CONTROL BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, The Albany County Comptroller has indicated that a transfer of funds within the 2020 Department of Audit and Control Budget is necessary to address personnel services and hire temporary help for the Department in 2020, and
WHEREAS, The Comptroller has requested an amendment to the 2020 Department of Audit and Control Budget in order to transfer said funds, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2020 Department of Audit and Control Budget is amended as follows:
Decrease Appropriation Account A1315.1 in the amount of by $237,394 by decreasing the following Line Items:
Decrease Line Item A1315 1 2216 Project Manager by $9,591 for an annual salary of $70,000
Decrease Line Item A1315 1 2513 Accountant II P.T. by $59,991 for an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1315 1 6103 Account Clerk I P.T. by $27,325 for an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1315 1 5502 Administrative Aide P.T. by $30,000 for an annual salary of $0
Decrease Line Item A1315 1 2509 Certified Public Accountant CPA by $110,487 for an annual salary of $0
Increase Appropriation Account A1315.1 in the amount of $237,394 by increasing the following Line Items:
Increase Line Item A1315 1 1135 Director of Municipal Affairs by $6,778 with an annual salary of $90,000
Increase Line Item A1315 1 6100 Senior Account Clerk by $59,991 with an annual salary of $59,991
Increase Line Item A1315 1 6211 Clerical Aide by $33,293 with an annual salary of $33,293
Increase Line Item A1315 1 9970 Temporary Help by $26,845
Create and Increase Line Item A1315 1 2508 Chief Accountant by $110,487 with an annual salary of $110,487
