DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)

The Department of Management and Budget has completed a review of the tax foreclosed parcels that remain in County ownership as of February 24th, 2026.

 

The Department is requesting authorization under the 2025 County Disposition Plan to offer the attached listing for “public sale” in compliance with the US Supreme Court and NYS Law provisions related to distribution of surplus proceeds.
