APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS AND AN ALTERNATE TO THE REGIONAL FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT BOARD

WHEREAS, The appointment of members serving as Albany County’s representatives on the nine county Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board for Region 4 have expired, and
WHEREAS, The County’s Board members serve as representatives of the Legislature, landowners, or sportspersons, and
WHEREAS, Timothy L. Barnard has expressed an interest in continuing his service as the County’s sportsperson representative on the Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board, and
WHEREAS, William Lyons has expressed an interest in continuing his service as the County’s alternate sportsperson representative on the Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Timothy L. Barnard of 21 Balsam Way, Albany, NY 12205, be appointed as the sportsperson’s representative on the Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board, for a term ending on December 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That William Lyons of 5000 Juniper Way, Schenectady, NY 12303, be appointed as the alternate sportsperson’s representative on the Regional Fish and Wildlife Management Board, for a term ending on December 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
