RESOLUTION NO. 413

 

AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET:  OVERTIME

 

                     Introduced:  11/10/25

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget to increase the overtime allocation, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this budget neutral adjustment is necessary to address an anticipated shortfall in the overtime budget driven primarily by the paving program, special events support, and winter maintenance during the 2024-2025 winter season, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
