Article 6, section 608 of the Albany County Charter, requires the submission of a 5-year capital plan from the Office of the County Executive to the Legislature. The plan provided is based on the recommendations made by the Capital Projects Committee on its March 9th, 2026 meeting. Please see attachments for a detailed breakdown of the proposal plan.
