AMENDING THE 2026 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Management and Budget has requested a budget neutral amendment to the 2026 Albany County Budget to address funding issues for departments throughout the County, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, That the 2026 Albany County Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
