AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 399 FOR 2020 REGARDING THE OPIOID RESPONSE GRANT

 

                     Introduced:  5/10/21

                     By Health Committee:

 

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 399 for 2020, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the Office of Addiction Services and Supports regarding the Opioid Response Grant for a term commencing September 30, 2019 and ending March 31, 2021, and

 

WHEREAS, The Director of the Albany County Department of Mental Health has requested authorization to extend the agreement with the Office of Addiction Services and Supports regarding the Opioid Response Grant to September 29, 2021 rather than March 31, 2021, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 399 for 2020 is amended to indicate that the term of the agreement with the Office of Addiction Services and Supports ends September 29, 2021 rather than March 31, 2021, and, be it further                     

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
