APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE ALBANY COUNTY WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT

WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners for the Albany County Water Purification District has members appointed by the Legislature for three-year terms, and
WHEREAS, The terms of Maggie Alix and Dennis Riguso have expired and both have expressed a desire to be reappointed to the Board, and
WHEREAS, Chris Michels has expressed interest in serving on the Board to fill an existing vacancy, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that, pursuant to Section 261 of the County Law, Maggie Alix, Dennis Riguso, and Chris Michels are hereby appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Albany County Water Purification District for terms commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2028, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
