RESOLUTION NO. 495

 

AMENDING THE 2025 WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT BUDGET:  EQUIPMENT REPAIR

 

                     Introduced:  12/8/25

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Executive Director of the Water Purification District has requested a budget amendment to the 2025 Water Purification District Budget for emergency equipment repair, and

 

WHEREAS, The Executive Director has indicated that this budget neutral adjustment is necessary to account for a portion of the cost for replacing Mechanical Bar #3 at the North Plant, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Water Purification District Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
