AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH DIGESARE MECHANICAL, INC. REGARDING MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE STEDMAN HOUSE RENOVATION PROJECT

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with DiGesare Mechanical, Inc. regarding mechanical construction services for the Stedman House Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $470,350 for a term commencing April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2028, and

 

WHEREAS, The Department, through the Purchasing Agent, received two bids and DiGesare Mechanical, Inc. was the lowest qualified bidder, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with DiGesare Mechanical, Inc., Schenectady, NY 12303 regarding mechanical construction services for the Stedman House Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $470,350 for a term commencing April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2028, and be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content prior to the execution thereof, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
