CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER OF THE ALBANY CONVENTION CENTER AUTHORITY

WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested confirmation of the appointment of Todd Shapiro to replace Steven Lerner on the board of the Albany Convention Center Authority, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Todd Shapiro is hereby appointed to the board of the Albany Convention Center Authority to serve at the pleasure of the County Executive, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
