AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET: MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III POSITION

                     By Public Safety Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget to create a full-time Maintenance Mechanic III position that will allow for the proper functioning and safety of the Albany County Correctional Facility, and

 

WHEREAS, The Sheriff has indicated that this request is budget-neutral, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, That the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

                     

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
