AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 60 TRINITY LANE (TAX MAP NO. 129.-2-21) IN THE TOWN OF COEYMANS

WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to purchase a 25.9 +/- acre parcel located at 60 Trinity Lane in the Town of Coeymans (Tax Map No. 129.-2-21) in an amount not to exceed $92,000, and
WHEREAS, This purchase would enable the County to secure all waterfront rights at Lawson Lake and expand the Lawson Lake County Park, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to execute on behalf of the County any documents necessary to purchase a 25.9 +/- acre parcel of real property located at 60 Trinity Lane in the Town of Coeymans (Tax Map No. 129.-2-21), in an amount not to exceed $92,000, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said documents as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
