AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ECC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. REGARDING TECHNICAL CONSULTATION FOR THE BROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with ECC Technologies, Inc. regarding the Broadband Infrastructure Project in an amount not to exceed $466,344 for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, and

 

WHEREAS, Through the Purchasing Agent the Department received four bids and ECC Technologies, Inc. was deemed the lowest responsible bidder, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with ECC Technologies, Inc., Penfield, NY 14526 regarding the Broadband Infrastructure Project in an amount not to exceed $466,344 for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
