AMOUNTS LEVIED FOR FIRE AND LIGHTING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF KNOX

 

                     Introduced:  12/16/24

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, In accordance with a duly certified copy of the annual budget as adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Knox for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025, now, therefore be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be assessed and levied upon the taxable property within the Town of Knox, the following as specified in the annual budget of the Town of Knox:

 

Knox Fire District      

$314,954.00

Knox Light District        

2,095.00

 

and, be it further

                     

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
