AMOUNT LEVIED FOR UNPAID WATER AND SEWER CHARGES IN THE BETHLEHEM WATER DISTRICT

By Audit and Finance Committee:
WHEREAS, The Supervisor of the Town of Bethlehem has filed with the Albany County Legislature a statement of unpaid water and sewer charges in the Bethlehem Water District, Town of Bethlehem, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be levied and assessed against each specific lot or parcel of land in the Town of Bethlehem, such sums against the property liable and amounting in the aggregate to the sum of $354,565.30, said water and sewer charges to be placed on the 2025 tax roll of said town, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
