AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH BARTON & LOGUIDICE, D.P.C. REGARDING ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE FIRE TRAINING AND PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING FACILITY PROJECT

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. regarding architectural and engineering services for the Fire Training and Public Safety Training Facility project in an amount not to exceed $555,100 for a term of three years commencing on date of the contract, and

 

                     WHEREAS, After a review of their proposal, the County Executive’s Office and Purchasing Department recommended Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. as the most qualified bidder, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. Albany, NY 12205 regarding architectural and engineering services for the Fire Training and Public Safety Training Facility project in an amount not to exceed $555,100 for a term of three years commencing on date of the contract, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
