AMENDING THE 2022 DEPARTMENT OF RESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES BUDGET: OVERTIME

 

                     Introduced: 6/13/22

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Executive Director of the Department of Residential Health Care Facilities has indicated that a budget amendment is necessary in order to fully fund costs for overtime, stipend, agency and information technology lines at the Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2022 Albany County Department of Residential Health Care Facilities Budget is hereby amended as indicated in the spreadsheet annexed hereto, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
