The Department of General Services respectfully requests approval of a bond resolution authorizing
$17,000,000 for Property Acquisition.

A review of property owned by the County has shown a need to change in certain instances. In some cases
departments need to be moved to other facilities and/or properties may need to be bought or sold so that the
