AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 384 FOR 2022 REGARDING THE 2022 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM

By Health Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 384 for 2022, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services regarding FY2022 State Homeland Security Program funding in the amount of $515,472 for the term commencing September 1, 2022 and ending August 31, 2025, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Health has requested authorization to amend Resolution No. 384 for 2022 to reflect a term ending date of August 31, 2026 rather than August 31, 2025, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 384 for 2022 is hereby amended to reflect a term ending date of August 31, 2026, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
