AMENDING THE 2026 PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE BUDGET: COMPUTER EQUIPMENT

By Law Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Public Defender has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Public Defender’s Office Budget to appropriate funding for computer equipment using revenue from the Distribution #13 grant, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Public Defender’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
