AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH TRINITY ALLIANCE OF THE CAPITAL REGION, INC. REGARDING THE PROVISION OF CLINICAL PREVENTION SERVICES WITH COMMUNITY AND RECREATIONAL SUPPORTS

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc. for the provision of Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports in an amount not to exceed $1,643,986 for a term commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022, with two one-year options to renew, and

 

WHEREAS, Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region has proposed to provide Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports to eighty Albany County families with children age birth through eighteen from the Arbor Hill Center, Colonie Outreach Center, and the Trinity Center in Albany’s South End, now, therefore be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Inc., Albany, NY 12202 regarding the provision of Clinical Prevention Services with Community and Recreational Supports for the period commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $1,643,986, with two one-year options to renew, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
