AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH TRINITY ALLIANCE OF THE CAPITAL REGION REGARDING THE ALBANY LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTED DIVERSION PROGRAM

WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region regarding project management services for the Albany Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (Albany LEAD) Program in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for a term commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2025, and
WHEREAS, The County Executive has indicated that Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region will serve as the host agency for the Albany LEAD Program project managers residing within the City of Albany and other County locations while also providing additional administrative, financial, and other project management services, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region, Albany, NY 12202 regarding project management services for the Albany LEAD Program in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for a term commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2025, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
