AMENDING THE 2024 SHERIFF’S OFFICE BUDGET: END OF YEAR ADJUSTMENTS

 

                     Introduced: 12/2/24

                     By Public Safety Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has indicated that a budget amendment is necessary in order to transfer funds to cover expenditures for Corrections through the year end of 2024, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that the 2024 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
