AMENDING THE 2025 BOARD OF ELECTIONS BUDGET: ELECTRONIC POLLBOOK GRANT

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioners of the Board of Elections have requested an amendment to the 2025 Board of Elections Budget to increase the Election Equipment and Fees for Services lines, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioners have indicated that the funds will be used to cover unanticipated costs associated with the purchase of new iPads used to check-in voters at the polling place, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Board of Elections Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
