AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH PEARL STREET COUNSELING REGARDING OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES

WHEREAS, The Director of the Department of Mental Health has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Pearl Street Counseling regarding the provision of outpatient treatment services for individuals with substance abuse and narcotic addiction-related issues in the amount of $444,001 for the term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, and
WHEREAS, The Director has indicated that the aforementioned agreement will be financed via pass-through funding from the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Pearl Street Counseling, Albany, NY 12207 regarding outpatient treatment services for individuals with substance abuse and narcotic addiction-related issues in the amount of $444,001 for the term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
