The Department of Public Works requests the Legislature’s approval of an agreement with the NYS Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee to accept funding regarding the Child Passenger Safety Program. Albany County was notified by the NYS Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee that we are being awarded $40,000.00 in funding.
